On the way

view out of my room, the bikes are always waiting

I had my last exam this period. I got my bike from the wall and caught the train to Offenbach. I packed my stuff during the night, well, it wasn't much what I need but still it took some time to organize it. A bigger problem was to get the stuff on the bike, I used my road bike without screws to fix proper luggage carrier. It was only the most necessary things. A cooker, a tent, a sleeping bag, a thermo mattress, one trousers and my bike gear.

my mom

My parents were a little bit afraid but I am used to that. Always when I leave my parents place my dad says: "Hey, be careful, don't do bullshit." Well, I am 23 years and he is still saying that (perhaps that has something to do with my past, broke a couple of times my arms and legs).

Frankfurt train station

I went to the train station and caught the train. Due to the fact that trains are damn expansive in germany and it is difficult to take a bike on a train (you have to use a special train) it took me 6 hours to get down to Basel. I had to change the trains 4 times and they were really slow. The advantage of that trains are that you can go as far as you want and you have to pay only 28€, it is called "weekend ticked".
