15.9.03 Seppois le Haut - Pontarlier (france), 140 km ,6:14 h

The night was damn cold. I woke up quite early, well, I couldn't sleep anymore due to the cold. That remembered me to New Zealand. My mom told me before I left take a warm sleeping bag but I thought I am old engough and I know what I should do :-). Today the first mountains had to be crossed. Well, it were mountains but it was a little bit exhausting.

Normaly I planed to go directly to Lausanne today and catch up with Werner. But the flat tire changed my whole plans.

I got really tired and hungry. Due to the fact that I run out of euros (I had only swiss francs) I had to eat bread with honey, the whole day.

Due to the fact that it got dark at about 8 pm and I was alone I went to bed quite early. I was also exhausted and so that wasn't a problem. I was only afraid of the cold, so I used a lot of cloth (long johns, ski socks, ...).
