Hamner Springs

And we (Andrea, the birthday boy, Nicole, James, Harmisch and I) left Christchurch at one o'clock (after some discussions). Just outside of Christchurch we wanted to stop at the Liquid Store to buy some drinks. I told Harmisch to pull over. There was a truck which didn't see us and so we were just before an accident. Anyway, we bought some beers and drove through nice valleys with rivers in the sunshine.

Just before Hamner is a one way bridge, you can do there bungy jumping and other stuff. From here I started my first kayak trip a couple of weeks ago.

We got out of our cars an had a short walk. Some guys tried to fight while the others start to celebrate the birthday of Andrea.

We arrived in Hamner and had a walk to the lookout. It was a hard short walk, but on the top you had a beautiful view to Hamner and the mountains.

We run down the hill through the deepest forest and were back in Hamner. We were so exhausted that we had to go to the hotsprings.

It was really realaxing, well it smelled a little bit, but it was warm (sometimes to hot). There was a waterslide, Harmisch and I bought some tickets and had a lot of fun. I felt like a small child and remembered the time when I was with my mother and some friends in Obertshausen in the swimmingpool. There were two waterslides and so we could do a race.

Back from the hotsprings we had some food and went to a pub. James started to dance and the others followed.

At twelve o'clock we celebrate the birthday of Andrea. I asked the DJ if he could play "Happy Birthday", but he hadn't had this song and so he turn off the music and we started to sing.
