Another day in Whistler
or another day in powder paradise by Victor Gin
Whistler Creekside Gondola - around 8am.... a bit of a line brewing... must be a powder day!

Seppel crashing in the Trees about the 2nd run down the Emerald Chair... pole got stuck in the trees/powder.

Pole was very stuck..
monkey business
digging...

He ended up losing one of his powder baskets, and bending his pole later on that day waiting in the lift queue!

Pauli - meet and greet. check out that snow!

....looks like he has come from a 'yard sale'...!

lucky punters...

Emerald Queue... luckily we didn't ski this chair as we took an early lunch...
Emerald chair
After our first run down the Harmony Chairlift that opened right
after our lunchbreak - we got first tracks in the bowl that hadn't opened properly
in 3 days..
there was about 100 cm's just sitting there.... SICK!... so deep, so much pow.

McLovin'it....

Silly Boy left his goggles at home... not a good day as it was puking with SNOW!!... and the pow splashes up in your face as you rip the powder-skirt off that biarch... yo

BOOYAA...!.. i'm an animal!

Right - last run of the day, we hit the Peak Chair, and went
'out of bounds' in search of some
sick lines through untracked powder and trees... my god, did we find it or
what!... thanks "Dad"

taking a breather... Peak to Creekside is one hell of a drop
in elevation... and yelling at the
top of your lungs while blowing through Pow really takes it's toll on you...
eh Pauli.....

..some punter cruising through.... there was enough pow to go around, so we let them go.....

even the unstoppable force sometimes has to pay his dues...

... forgiveness won't help you now son!

ok - i had a good faceplant coming out of the trees, into
a deep deep powder hole/ditch..
lost both skis.. one i had to locate with the shovel.. you can see it right
there.
