Crater Lake

We went here about 4 years ago, similar time of the year. There was more snow the last time but it was still beautiful.

Crater lake is a big volcanic crater; in the middle there is a cone which has a crater as well, pretty neat. There is no river running in or out of the lake.

Still a lot of snow left, should have brought skis. Actually we saw a guy skitouring.

Later on we continued to drive further east and we entered finally California.
