LA and Hollywood

Laurene and Werner drove us around town. First we went to the beach, pretty cool and the temperature was nice enough to go for a swim.

Before we got to the beach we saw that, pretty nice eh! Hopefully BP and the oil/bush mafia doesn't screw it up around here.

Werner thought about signing up here so he could take his shirt off.

The area we went to was called Venice, pretty nice area, a bit different so. They had a city basketball league going on, pretty amazing players.

And it was busy!

The waves were cool, they threw you around quite a bit, Werner should get a surf board.

Baywatch, still no David or Pam.

They also had an amazing skate park, I wish I would be young again :-). Those kids know their stuff.

That's what I need for my mirrors.

Later on we drove through Beverly Hills and Hollywood, I guess a few rich people live here.

A must do picture in Hollywood. Not too sure so how many other people wear Birkenstock their.

I guess it is the place to be. Their were imprints from the 1910s or so, pretty cool.

Oh, and the Lakers won the cup, not that I would care but everybody has his favourite sport. There were even riots after the game, hooligans now in basketball? Well, good that we don't have them anymore in soccer.

When we came home to Werner's place we jumped into the pool and hot tub again.
