Joshua Tree National Park
We had to say goodbye to Laurene and Werner even so we really liked it their. I guess since they had a nice apartment and a nice pool we didn't feel the heat that much. Well, we got into our car and drove towards Joshua Tree. It got already pretty hot on the highway but that was nothing compared to what we would see in the next days.
A umbrella, well, guess why! Oh, and our car doesn't has air conditioning. Joshua Tree is a desert so the first thing we saw were some cactuses.
Don't touch me.
Looked like the bottom part was dying, well, I don't know too much about that stuff so I am better quiet.
And that is what the park is called after, Joshua Tree.
Some monkey business.
And another one.
Later on we continued our drive towards Death Valley. Since it is a long way and there was a soccer game of the german team going on we stopped in a town in the middle of nowhere where we could watch it the next day. There are some funny places in the US.
