Yellowstone National Park

The oldest National Park in the US founded about 100 years ago. Since everything was closed in winter we had wanted to come back. With Seppel's broken tooth we couldn't do much other than sightseeing / getting out of the car and back in. The landscape was still amazing even with the millions of people.

The first Geyser we saw in the park.

Old Faithful, it was busy here.

Lots of different colours.

The water was pretty clear, I thought about going for a swim but that wouldn't have been a good idea I guess unless I want to come out as slow cooked german meat.

At some places it also smelled pretty bad (and it wasn't caused by me).

Later on we went into the lodge, quite big.

Luckily we booked a spot at one of the campgrounds days before since it was busy like hell. While Kerstin prepared dinner I walked down to the lake and got some nice shots of some deer.
