Bondi Beach in Sydney

We were on our way to Sydney ...

Something great in Australia are the free bbq places. They are everywhere and you just need to press a button and the thing turns on. We haven't used it properly yet but we heated up our dinner of yesterday night.

Our aim was Bondi Beach. Why Bondi? A friend of us from Vancouver who moved back about 4 years ago lives here and she invited us. Bondi is actually a suburb of Sydney about 5 to 10 km's away from down town and it has a famous beach.

Don't want to know how busy it is during the weekend here, we were there on a Wednesday.

The Iceberg Swimming Pool, similar to the one we saw yesterday. The name probably comes from the temperature of the water which is salt water from the ocean.

We continued our walk along the shore.

The lower black dots are dolphins, the upper once are surfers.
