Toowoon Bay and Anna Bay on the coast

We left the blue mountains and had to drive through the outskirts of Sydney again to get to the coast. We came by the olympic site for rowing and all the water stuff.

Wonder how much use it gets those days but it seemed pretty busy.

Toowoon Bay, it is amazing how many beaches are in Australia and everyone is beautiful.

Just on the other side of the road was a lake where we stopped for lunch.

After another hour of driving we got to Anna Bay where we found massive sand dunes.

It almost feels like snow.

Sometimes it is as soft as powder and sometimes it is as hard as concrete.

The wind was blowing pretty strong. It was fun to throw sand up into the air.

Felt like being in the Sahara.

And then we watched the sunset ...

... would be wicked to go surfing now ...
