Whangarei to 90 Mile Beach

We had to say goodbye to Meg and Jerry this time, but we will be back one day. Thank you Meg and Jerry, it was great staying with you!

We drove further north along the east coast and checked out beaches on the way. I wish it would have been summer so we could have gone for a swim.

Judith went in with her feet but it was cold.

We caught a ferry across an inlet.

I don't know what kind of trees they are but they stand half the time in tidal water.
