Beaches and Native Forest along the West Coast

We continued our drive along the west coast of the north island.

Somehow this reminded me of our new home, Austria.

Well, from close by it doesn't look like Austria.

The thing I like about New Zealand is that the landscape changes so quickly.

Our next stop was a native bush with huge kauri trees.
