Baumfällen 3.0

This time this boy had to go, higher than our house, more than 30 years old.

This is about 3 trailer loads.

I used some of our climbing gear ...

And other gear.

There were two other trees which I cut the day before so I had to pull out the roots.

I think that thing has about 3 PS and makes more noise than our old Mercury Sable, probably also has more power, well, german engineering vs. north american engineering.

And the root is out. This pulling device can apply a load of 1,5t (15KN). Pretty hard to find a proper fix point for that in your back yard.

In total it took me 5 (not full) days.
