Our first Radbergsteigtour

Well, you might think what the heck is he doing now? The riding on the shore was pretty intense and I learned a lot in terms of balance and riding steep stuff! I was a bit worried that the riding in the alps can't keep up with that. Now after being here for a while and having done a few trips I must say: It is different but it is pretty sick! I do miss the shore, especially all the amazing wood work. To get into steeper terrain we (Alex, a work mate of mine) did our first Radbergsteigtour (bicycle mountain climb tour). Anyway, check out the pics, more to come ...

First we had to ride up for about 2 hours on a normal gravel path. Once we got to an alp it started to rain (similar to the shore :-)).

Where to go?

Perhaps we should have come with skis.

The last section before we headed down.

It was pretty wet and since it was our first radbergsteigtour we hiked down the top part, would have been probably easier to ride if it would have been dry.

It was also pretty cold.
