Wallensee

Peter and Martin organized a riding trip in the swiss alps. Our aim was Wallensee which is about 30 min. away from Feldkirch. We would ride from the east side of the lake to the west side so I caught the train in the morning and left my car at the west side.

First we had to ride up hill a bit. Since it was on the north of the lake we had sun all day long, it was a nice autumn day.

The trail was kind of carved into the mountains.

The village you can see at the bottom of the mountain can only be reached by boat or foot.

After the ride I went for a swim in the lake and we had a wheat beer., pretty cool (well, actually warm) for October.
