Oefapaß Ski tour

Our first weekend in our new home. Since it snowed a little bit again, we decided to go ski touring. There is a nice hut in the Montafon which is even in winter open, the Lindauer Hut. There is nothing better than ski touring and getting amazing good warm food and drinks up on the mountain. The sun was out and we got great views.

It was really cold, we hardly stopped and toured to the hut.

European Alps are so different...

Still going up, unfortunately in the shade.

You can't get lost here, signs are everywhere which is awesome.

Lindauer Hut, we are there. We had a break and continued later up to the col which you can see on the right.

It was -11 degree Celsius. Too cold for us.

We continued to the Oefapaß.

Is was nice to tour in the sun.

At the Oefapaß. It was so cold that we didn't take a long break. We just took the skins off and skied back down to the Lindauer Hut.
