Sequoia National Park - PART 1
Paul
drove us to the car rental and then Seppel and me, we both left San Francisco.
It took us 4 hours to get to the Sequoia NP.
And once we arrived we hiked - and I tried to move the stone :)

This
is a sequoia tree or better a cut through the trunk which is hollow, so that
we could walk through the trunk.
The sequoia trees are soooooo big!

Having breakfast the next morning, on the campground (lodgepole village).

We hiked towards Twin Lakes, together with Andreas from the Netherlands. we met him at the campground!

Andreas and me on the trail - can you see the trail? That was our problem...

Due to the fact that we got lost twice (we were following just some footsteps in the snow) it took us quite long to get to this river. Hence we decided to have a break and turn around and not to continue to the lakes.

This is how it looked like next to the river.

We
had to cross a "snowbridge". as usually, i stepped wrong, cracked
the bridge and fell down.
Luckily my shoes were still dry - i could still laugh.

Half way back towards the campground.

Seppel and Andreas, they got some firewood... :)
