Nelson
Our road trip continued towards Nelson. Halfway between Rossland and Nelson we saw a nice beach on the Columbia River and went for a swim.

Pretty nice terrain.
At the end of the trail you have to ride back to town on an old rail track.
The next day we caught the ferry across the Kootenay lake. This ferry is for free.
Weather wasn't too nice.
And then we got a flat tire. Well, actually it was more than that.
.
There was a small rock on the road and it cracked the rim, good that nothing happened.
We had to stay in Cranbrook overnight to get a new rim and a new tire.
