Mexico Part I: Puerto Vallarta on the west coast

We went to Mexico for two weeks. Mirva and Alan, two good friends from, well, Mexico and Finland who live in Germany, got married. First we flew to Puerto Vallarta to catch up with everybody ...

The flight from Vancouver to Mexico is kind of short, only 4 hours with a stop over in Denver.

Just flying over the Grand Canyon.

 

We arrived late at night in Puerto Vallarta. We still had time to check out our hotel.

Next day we had some typical mexican food.

 

And hung out at the beach.

Later on we met the rest of the wedding party guests that came from Europe.

We went for lunch into a fairly simple restaurant, I think we paid $3 each, the food was pretty good.
